Good to see that you guys finally responded after posting here. Could have done it earlier if you checked my mails. Anyways. Thanks. Upgrading the rating to 2. Will upgrade to 5 if app was openable through desktop or downloadable PDFs were given.

Dear sir / madam, we tried to find your email but no luck. Also, there is a whatsapp support number given in contact section in which we fix issues generally within minutes to hours. I can't login with my hotmail account. Issue only in app login, on website no issues with login.
