About this app

Glamvoo is the working tool for salons, hairdressers, nail and barber studios in Norway. It is built for the people who RUN the salon – owners and staff – not for clients booking an appointment.

YOUR DAY ON ONE SCREEN
• Revenue and booking count for the day, the moment you open the app
• Calendar with one column per staff member, plus a column for appointments not yet assigned
• Colour-coded status: pending, confirmed, in progress, completed, no-show
• A red "now" line so you always see where the day stands

BOOKING IN SECONDS
• Create an appointment straight from the calendar – pick client, services and staff
• Walk-ins go in immediately and can be started with one tap
• Several services on one appointment, each with its own duration and performer
• Edit, move or cancel, with a record of what changed

PAYMENT AT THE COUNTER
• Record cash or card terminal manually – no new hardware needed
• Part payments and deposits are tracked automatically: the app always shows what remains
• Refunds are recorded as their own line, so the books stay correct
• Online card payment can be connected whenever the salon wants it

CLIENTS AND LOYALTY
• Client records with contact details, notes and visit history
• Stamp cards and points – rewards trigger automatically once earned
• Discount vouchers with their own code, earned automatically from stamp cards

SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND TEAM
• Service catalogue with duration, price and VAT account
• Sell retail products in the same payment as the treatment
• Staff with their own skills, work schedule, exception days and time off
• Staff see their own day; the owner sees the whole salon

BOOKS THAT ADD UP
• Revenue report with VAT split per rate
• Export to CSV and Excel for your accountant
• Accounting records are retained as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires

NOTIFICATIONS
• Push when a booking arrives, is cancelled or changed
• Scan the client's QR code at check-in

Glamvoo requires an account. You can delete your account at any time inside the app, under Profile.
