have been cheated multiple times on the Lucky Wheel slot. customer service in game is useless. I have screenshots of the incidents and wasn't able to attach them to the CS chat. I gave the timestamp for the error and big surprise, 'support' said they couldn't find anything for that time and game. FULL OF BUGS AND GLITCHES BUT STILL A FUN GAME.

3*. Neat that they are some how real claw machines being controlled remotely. However, like real claw machines, they are scams & will 90% of the time drop on purpose. I actually finally had it perfectly in the claws for many seconds & it refused to move & then timed out, dropping the prize. So like normal claw machines, I feel cheated. You also only get 20₱ a day & it's 8₱ to play the cheapest & no way to earn more ₱ by way of ads that I am aware of. Also chatting are choosing drop down options.

I love the game, the music, everything… expect one thing. I can't redeem the plushie unfortunately 🥲. There isn't much to say about the app (from my side) but there is one thing I need to know.
