When trying to open the app I am prompted with "ERROR There was a problem trying to open the app. Please call for assistance." Making the app completely useless. I've done everything I know to fix the problem but it didn't start until the last update. Someone please help

Mobile banking deposits are the way to go. It's easy, quick, and saves gas from driving to the bank. I live 44 miles round trip to the branch bank. Its a great service...

Works fine on my android. I wish when the system is being worked on that we get the message 'the system is down' instead of the current one.
