Approved employers can review applications, manage jobs and casual shifts, message candidates, schedule interviews, inspect hiring data, and use Hiring Assistant tools from a focused mobile workspace. ShiftCMS keeps employer operations separate from the candidate-facing Shift Happens experience while giving hiring teams the daily controls they need on phones and tablets.
