Ratings and reviews

This is a great service that allows savings in real money (gold and silver per the U.S. Constitution) in a way that enables convenient use as currency. It also has made it convenient to buy gold and silver during dips in the market price. The service is still in the start-up phase and will hopefully eventually add additional services. A recent update made usage more intuitive. 5 stars.

The Get Started feature goes straight to gathering KYC requirements. They don't offer a virtual card, so you need to order and have it delivered. For funding, they appear to treat debit and credit cards the same and charge 3% processing fee plus a buy fee. I didn't see an option for ACH bank transfers. They provide exports to csv and capital gains reporting. Those are two features that I haven't seen with other dealers. So far very nice.

I have not experienced any technical issues as others. I was approved in a couple days, and got my Glint Mastercard within 10 days or so. I haven't used it, but depositing money from my bank account was easy. They now accept debit and credit cards, which is great, but I can't tell you how it's worked, since I haven't used it, as well. I love the idea of converting cash to gold, and being able to spend it wo physically selling the gold! Also, I haven't contacted customer support (no need, yet).
