Puzzles & Chaos is a match-3 fantasy strategy game that tells an ancient legend of a Frozen Land.

A once prosperous continent now lies frozen due to the bizarre magic of the undead.
The humans, dragons, and other magical creatures who once lived here perished, escaped, or were displaced to desolate lands.
As a warrior, you are expected to remove the frozen seal, awaken the dragon, and rebuild your homeland using your innate strategic talents.

Ratings and reviews

Definitely not what I was expecting. The "tutorial" is way too long, doesn't help you understand the actual game mechanics, makes you go and do basically everything in a very specific order, and the match-3 sections are probably the worst I've ever seen from a game claiming to be a puzzle game. It doesn't help that it makes you do the exact tutorial moves for like the first ten levels. This game SUCKS.

I downloaded this game to reward in another game, and omg. A very grindy, boring and most importantly a pay to win game. I even bought the 5$ hero pack, and omg, my other heros were way better than that. I spent tens of hours to get to Castle level 15, but because of the annoying big and pay to finish quests, I will have to stop because of the lack of time. There are way better development strategy games than this like, Rise of kingdoms, Monster legends and many more. overall not recommended.

I just spent 25 minutes as they taught/forced me how to play... it was not a good design, I was more annoyed than drawn in, and I guess it's eventually a bunch of different gsme types, but of course there is a resource gathering element. I played until chapter 3, it's all match 3 so far. And microtransactions, though I have no idea why. the graphics are nice. It is a LOT of exposition, so if you like tiny text, you'll get plenty. It ran smoothly, but was just not enough like a game for me.
