This game has a huge problem! you cannot improve your lineup. I had a 4 star level 30 blue champion. I got her to level 30 but I cannot evolve her. I need a bunch of 1 star books. those are only available from stages 1-24. I'm on stage 89. You can't go back and fight earlier stages either. They're gone for good. so whatever champs you've started upgrading, all 2 star, you have to stick with. might as well not recruit for better because you can't evolve and push them past lvl 30. it's so stupid.

Nothing like the ads. The requirements to level up is ridiculous. It feels like a chore than a game. You'll probably want to pass unless you like upgrading thousands of other buildings just to upgrade the building you want. In battle, you gotta match color blocks directly underneath the enemy to hurt them. Pray new blocks given matches underneath the one enemy left, so stupid. I need a vacation after this game! I miss the days when games were fun, not a pain in the...!

After a few quests that looks like what was shown in the commercial, the game became another state-building game. Once you get a sense of progress in the first 2-3 levels, the game slowly pushes you info the right pattern: gathering resources, upgrade buildings, waiting for a timer and joining a alliance. In a fact, first couple of levels are there to avoid being penalized by Google/Apple for false advertising.
