It works as promised, especially to receive OTPs. Fast and reliable. App notifications and SMS text beat email's. Excellent customer service support, professional, knowledgeable and patient which made the initial setup easier. I'm very happy with VNumber / 011 Global and don't miss Skype at all. I'd recommend setting a protocol for incoming calls depending on the package used to prevent high charges from international forwarding. Thanks 011 Global!

SCAM!!!! When you attempt to go though payment it gives you an "error" but it charges your card!! I reached out to support several times and they claim the bank would revert the transaction automatically (which they didn't) --- I had to open a dispute through my bank since 011Global refuses to help and just keep telling me it will be reverted automatically

Doesn't work when you need it most. This app gets stuck at the welcome screen half the time and won't come back until a complete phone restart. Has been having this bug for a very long time now and even the most recent update didn't help. Considering unsubscribing from this service altogether if this doesn't get fixed, which is a shame because it's a useful service when it works.
