SCAM!!!! When you attempt to go though payment it gives you an "error" but it charges your card!! I reached out to support several times and they claim the bank would revert the transaction automatically (which they didn't) --- I had to open a dispute through my bank since 011Global refuses to help and just keep telling me it will be reverted automatically

Calls and texts sent to my assigned phone number create alerts on my phone (Pixel 4XL, latest Android version) but the actual texts don't show up in the app at all. I have to wait for an email to arrive in order to read them, which defeats the purpose. Tech support was totally unhelpful.

It works as promised, especially to receive OTPs. Fast and reliable. App notifications and SMS text beat email's. Excellent customer service support, professional, knowledgeable and patient which made the initial setup easier. I'm very happy with VNumber / 011 Global and don't miss Skype at all. I'd recommend setting a protocol for incoming calls depending on the package used to prevent high charges from international forwarding. Thanks 011 Global!
