SCAM!!!! When you attempt to go though payment it gives you an "error" but it charges your card!! I reached out to support several times and they claim the bank would revert the transaction automatically (which they didn't) --- I had to open a dispute through my bank since 011Global refuses to help and just keep telling me it will be reverted automatically

It's wonderful this app. It's really affordable and simple to use. I can contact families and friends anytime, which is very easy. The call quality is clean , and there is no noise or bad connection during the calls. It's very important for me to have a safety tool to have a connection with my family. thank you!

Calls and texts sent to my assigned phone number create alerts on my phone (Pixel 4XL, latest Android version) but the actual texts don't show up in the app at all. I have to wait for an email to arrive in order to read them, which defeats the purpose. Tech support was totally unhelpful.
