About this app

Paperfolio files all your important papers in a real binder, just like on your desk: invoices, receipts, warranties, contracts, ID documents, payslips, insurance, car and home documents.

📒 A REAL BINDER ON YOUR PHONE
Open the binder, turn the pages, swipe from one divider to the next. Three styles to choose from: Realistic, Modern 3D or Classy leather.

📸 TAKE A PHOTO, FIELDS FILL THEMSELVES
Snap the receipt or import the invoice PDF: Paperfolio reads the document and fills in the purchase date, amount, store and serial or contract numbers for you.

🔍 FULL SCREEN AND PDF
Open any photo full screen and pinch to zoom into every detail. Turn any document into a PDF in one tap to send or print it.

🪪 ID DOCUMENTS AND PAYSLIPS
ID card, passport, driving licence, residence permit: keep the number and expiry date, and Paperfolio reminds you before they expire. File your payslips month by month too, with net pay and employer.

🔔 NEVER MISS A DEADLINE
Enter a warranty length, a contract end date or a document expiry: Paperfolio reminds you 7, 15, 30 or 60 days before. All upcoming deadlines are grouped in one place.

🔐 FINGERPRINT OR FACE LOCK
Protect your binder with your phone's own unlock: fingerprint, face or PIN.

🗂️ YOUR DIVIDERS
Invoices, Warranties, Contracts, Home, Car, Health, Bank & Taxes, ID documents, Salary… Rename them, change their color and icon, add your own.

🔒 YOUR PAPERS STAY WITH YOU
No account, no cloud: everything stays on your phone. Export a backup whenever you like to keep it on Drive or by email.

🌍 In English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese, with the currency of your choice.
