GlobalDev Store Monitor is an admin monitoring app for WooCommerce store owners, managers, and support teams.

The app connects to your WooCommerce store through the GlobalDev Store Monitor for WooCommerce plugin and helps you follow important store activity from your phone.

Main features:

• New order notifications
Receive push notifications when new WooCommerce orders are created.

• Failed checkout alerts
See failed checkout attempts and checkout error reasons when available.

• Checkout flow monitoring
Review checkout activity such as checkout started, billing details started, payment method selected, and place order clicked.

• Order and event overview
View store events, order activity, failed attempts, checkout flow data, and connected devices.

• Multiple device support
Connect admin devices to the same store project so your team can receive relevant notifications.

• Secure store connection
Stores connect using a Project API Key. Event requests from the WordPress plugin are secured with signed requests.

How it works:

1. Install the GlobalDev Store Monitor for WooCommerce plugin on your WooCommerce website.
2. Generate store credentials from GlobalDev.
3. Add the Project API Key inside the mobile app.
4. Start receiving store notifications and monitoring events.

The app is designed for store administration and monitoring. It is not a customer shopping app and does not process payments.
