Ratings and reviews

The app works well, and the Prodigy iD controller has been solid for me. A few complaints: 1. No dark mode. The white screen is too bright when driving at night. They should fix this. 2. In split screen mode on my Samsung device, it works but parts of the display are cut off. 3. It complains about login failure when it cant access the internet, but I use this on a device with no data plan. The app still works but the warning is annoying. Login should be optional for an app like this.

I had no problems installing and registering for a new account, as others have had issues with. I'm trying to decide if the Prodigy id is a better product than the tried-and-proven solid system of the Prodigy P3. There are very few reviews about the new Prodigy id, so I wanted to check the reviews here. Hopefully, the app issues have been resolved.

Need app NOW, literally, but app continuously returns an error message, not allowing me to create an account. A failure at this first step does NOT bode well for my faith in the actual trailer brake controller when the software cannot even open for use.
