NSS Admin is the official mobile application for authorized administrators and consultants of Ghana’s National Service Scheme. The app enables field staff to efficiently manage user agencies and configure branch details on the go.

View and search user agencies assigned to your region or district. Filter organizations by various criteria to quickly find what you need.

• Branch Configuration
Set up and manage branch details, including:

Organization photos (up to 5 images)

GPS location mapping

Contact information (email and phone)

HR officer details

• Location Mapping
Capture precise GPS coordinates for branch locations with real-time accuracy indicators and view them on an interactive map.

• Photo Documentation
Take and upload photos of organization buildings directly from the app. Preview, manage, and update branch images easily.

• Secure Authentication
Login with your registered NSS credentials. Two-factor authentication (OTP) ensures your account stays secure.

• Offline-Ready Interface
Browse previously loaded data even with limited connectivity. Changes sync automatically when you’re back online.

Select an organization to view details

Choose a branch to configure

Save changes—green checkmarks indicate completed configurations.
