LAME!!! Unless you have a current "membership," you can't even log into the app. I am a Global Rescue customer, but I only buy temporary packages when I'm traveling. It's ridiculous that you can't even log in and set up the app. They ought to let you at least login, but limit functionality based on your current membership levels. After all, I can log into the GR web portal and update things like my emergency contacts, My sat phone devices, all kinds of other things. TERRIBE APP DESIGN!!!!!

Won't install, and have tried all trouble shooting steps. Just purchased family membership and your app won't install. All other apps work fine. Update: the support services have made full faith efforts to try to get this working but it simply does not install on my Google one phone. The responsiveness of the service is top notch through phone or text or GPS locator just not through app yet.

Why can't I login before coverage starts? I can on the website. If the app cannot manage such a simple thing, what else did they get wrong?
