About this app

FoneTrac is a purpose-built smartphone application that can be used by travelers and overseas personnel to provide precise location information to IMG’s Global Monitoring System. This information, together with data derived from travel itineraries, is used to notify travelers of increased overseas risk or to locate them in the event of a natural disaster. Subscription to Globalsecur required for use.

Pretty nifty little app. Easy to use and my family back home appreciated the check-in functions, letting them know where I was when at the end of the day while doing a 3 week river cruise. Never had to use the panic button, which was a good thing, but was nice to know I had it. Will use again in a few weeks!

I am in a hotel with wifi and allowed location but it can not find my location.a refresh map comes up but will not refresh map with full wifi available. I have also refreshed and restarted phone. Uninstalled app and reinstalled with no luck
