Works fine until it's updated, then it doesn't launch. this has happened twice. I still can't use the app.

What’s new

J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions brings an enhanced multi-security experience for participants with more than one share listing now see Dashboard, Holdings and Tasks tailored to each security, including cash.

We've also updated Transactions and Advice & Support to match the desktop, with smarter Elections and Tax handling, wider Grant Acceptance, and a new dedicated Support section.

This update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
