Poor app and gives no option to sell your shares. I sent several messages through my account in the app explained this issue and got no response from them to resolve the problem. I can't sell my shares since November 2023 and every time submit complain, I got only confirmation that they received my message but no action been taken to resolve this technical problem. Worse App

Horrible customer support. I've been trying to withdraw cash from these guys for the last 2 months. I get ignored for 2 weeks. After an angry email I get an immediate response and now I'm being ignored for the last 4 days. Keep in mind I'm well aware that people are busy and things can take time. So my emails were very far apart from one another, to the point of it being two months. Nothing resolved. Thanks for the service Carlos.

App doesn't work properly. Wouldnt let me select a preferred payment method for a dividend payment dispite them having my bank details registered. As a result I lost that money. Never had these problems with 'Equate Plus'.
