For an app that charges over $200 a year, you would think you would get a little more. The app is garbage, really. There's always connection issues, and the features suck. I stopped paying for it at one point because I got a new debit card. I figured I would just need to update it before I uses it again. Nope. I had to pay for 6 or 7 months that I apparently still had service but didn't pay. In a pinch, it will probably save your life, but as app with good functionality, absolute garbage.

App wouldn't stop crashing until I cleared cache, storage, and signed back in for the second time. Not sure why. Message updates give device coordinates but they are not selectable or capable of being copied which is annoying. The map is also very low resolution, so I have to memorize the coordinates and type them into a worthwhile map application to find or navigate to the device. Would be better make this app purely for coordinate logging. For $140 + the unit cost I am a disappointed.

The product is bad but the app is worse. Checkins are spotty with the product even with unrestricted view of the sky but let's talk about the app. It's not intuitive and has way points one minute but not the next. They disappear but then a little later they are back. The service delay with a way point appearing is horrible.
