User interface isn't good - sluggish. Can't block devices from joining; can only pause internet. Can't remove old statuses and the app shows multiple connections of the same device - 4 iphones for my wife, 4 s26 ultras for me, still shows devices that connected at one point but are no longer in the house. I can't delete more than one notification at a time. App needs an upgrade!

The app hardly ever works properly as in it wont even comnect to home network, you can't actually adjust any of your internet settings from the app itself either. Also for an app that you can use biometrics to log into, why cant you pay your internet bill through the app? I'll also add that this app is literally just a copy and paste of Shentel's app, the actual provider of Glo-Fibers internet.

In this still being developed app, to replace the old system Glofiber used, Guest network is missing, and there is no threading of devices to specific routers to avoid packet collisions. I'm kind of surprised that they replaced the former app and router provider with this one, without having the same features, at least. Come on go fiber, you can do better. Put threading as a capability and bring back the guest network function in the app. These routers and app are supposed to be better, right?
