Sitta is a simple meditation timer and tracker built around one idea: showing up every day matters more than sitting perfectly.
Just a timer. Nothing else.
No guided sessions. No playlists. No noise.
Set your session length, choose a gentle gong to begin and end, then sit. That's it. No ambient music, no narration — just you and the silence you came for.
Streaks and Milestones
Sitta records every session and tracks your streak automatically. Watch it grow toward Buddhist-inspired milestones — 7 days, 21 days, 49 days, 108 days, and beyond. A heatmap shows your consistency at a glance.
Your Circle
Starting a new habit is hard. You don't have to do it alone.
Invite a small group of people you trust. See who sat today. Send a nudge when someone hasn't sat yet, or send a cheer when they do. No feeds, no likes — just quiet accountability from people who know you.
Close Circle — Make a pact.
Add up to 5 people and build a streak with each of them individually. If one of you misses a day, that pact resets between the two of you. Everyone else's streaks carry on.
