This app just does not work correctly. I appreciate that we can do free texting for our church, but this is broken. It ignores account permissions so users can see more than they should. And phone notifications no longer work (yes I verified my phone settings). And why don't texted Gloo links open in the Gloo app? After moving to such an aggressive pay model, you'd think they'd at least get the basics down. Please fix this.

I have really liked Gloo. To start with it was a solid 5-stars for me, but then they stuck nearly every feature behind an exorbitant pay wall, including some really basic stuff. I don't need campaigns and keywords and so on, I just need to have more than 3 groups - that's all. And the app has been good until now - just yesterday it totally stopped functioning. I just get a spinning green circle forever now...

So far I'm really appreciating this powerful little tool for communication. Its been very helpful for our little church of 30ish people. I'm bummed the memos aren't an option in the app - our group really likes them for being able to refer back to current announcements, and I haven't had access to a computer for a couple weeks so I just have to send a long text for now.
