GlottaVue is a fast dosing, equipment-sizing, and clinical reference app for anesthesia providers. Every calculation runs on your device — no account, no connectivity required for any of the dosing or reference features.

EVERYTHING IS FREE
• Weight- and age-based dosing for a full drug database, from induction agents and paralytics to emergency/resuscitation drugs, vasoactive infusions, antiemetics, antibiotics, obstetric medications, and volatile anesthetics with real age-adjusted MAC values (not a simple adult extrapolation)
• Equipment sizing: ETT, LMA, oropharyngeal airways, double-lumen tubes, bronchial blockers, and more
• General, TIVA, and your own Custom Profiles — build and save your own drug and equipment subsets for how you actually practice
• Age-banded dosing where the real dose genuinely changes by age (e.g. succinylcholine, propofol induction, pediatric MAC) — enter age and weight once, get the correct dose automatically
• Ideal-body-weight calculation for drugs like remifentanil where dosing by actual weight can overdose an overweight or obese patient

PRIVACY
Nothing patient-specific is ever stored, logged, or transmitted. Patient details you enter for a calculation exist only in memory while you use the app and are discarded when you close it.

All dosing, equipment sizing, and reference features work fully offline with no connectivity at any point. The single exception is Ask a Clinical Question, which is entirely optional: using it sends the text of your question to our server, which forwards it to an AI model and returns the answer. The app asks for your consent the first time you use it and tells you never to include patient identifiers in a question. If you never open that feature, the app never sends anything anywhere.

Built for anesthesiologists, CRNAs, residents, and anesthesia providers in any setting — including Liberia and other low- and middle-income countries where comparable apps are often priced out of reach, and any low-resource or offline environment where connectivity can't be assumed.

GlottaVue is a clinical reference tool only. It does not know your patient's full history, allergies, or comorbidities. Every dose, equipment size, and reference entry must be independently verified against your own clinical judgment and current institutional protocols before use. AI-generated answers in particular may be incomplete or incorrect and must never be relied on as the sole basis for a clinical decision.
