When attempting to verify my new account, after entering the pin code sent, it asked for my phone number, which was rejected, stating the number belonged to another user. I've had that mobile number for 15+ years! What's the problem? I don't have time for such issues!

This app no longer has any documents and doesn't even acknowledge that I have an insurance policy. Glovebox is completely useless. It's ridiculous that the person (or bot) they have reply into these reviews keeps apologizing and and asking every to contact support. Why should we? We all have the same problem: Glovebox app is garbage and fails at its most basic purpose. Fix this app instead of blaming users.

Hello, first and foremost we do apologize that the app isn't working appropriately for you. The reason we ask users to email our support team is to investigate the problems. Each person's account is different; they have different carriers, agencies, and policies. We need that to diagnose the issues. Please reach out to us at support@gloveboxapp.com

This app is sends too many emails (3x per day) about account even if you do not choose that option; cannot unsubscribe with-in email either. Cannot pay with the app, sent me to my Insurance webpage. Tabs in app don't work half the time. Lots of other problems, still needs work; decided to delete it.
