Super Simple and I love the reminder it gives to help me pay attention outside of busy life

Works great for me. All of my policies are listed and easily accessible. I did have a problem where I couldn't enter my phone number, I would get an error saying it was connected to another account. I emailed cs at 7 pm on a Friday night, figuring it would be seen on Monday. I got a response in about 5 minutes, and 2 more emails and 40 minutes, the problem was solved. That is the definition of good customer service.

Seems like a decent app for holding/updating your insurance information, UI is simple and clean but I can't view my ID cards. When I download them, I get a message indicating the file type is not supported or is damaged/corrupted. Potential to be 5 stars, but it fails a major primary purpose.
