The bank verification number in this app should be optional, because its making it difficult for people π to save their bank details, I myself don't have it and I don't even know how to get it please make it optional or you remove it π. have you people removed add verification number or I should delete the app

The kind of nonsense that happens on the app is beyond mind boggling. I used the "airtime to cash" feature to sell airtime. I have transfered airtime to the number so provided, sent transaction receipt and it's been buffering for God know till when. If this eventually pulls through, I'd delete this, never to use it again and ask my friends to do the same. This is the height of absolute unreliability.

The experience I'm having with this Glover app and customer care is terrible. I sold airtime in exchange for cash. it was successful at my end yet they denied not seeing the money. I messaged them showing them receipt of airtime transferred to them both from my phone and screenshots of response from my service provider confirming it was successful. Till this very moment, I'm yet to be paid. The worst part of it all, you can't reply the email they sent.
