After spending real money, my account stopped working and I could no longer log in. This wasn’t a network or user issue, It was an account problem. I had over 12,000 diamonds I paid for and never used, yet support dragged this out for nearly two weeks, gave conflicting excuses, refused a refund, and wouldn’t transfer items to a new account. Paid money, locked out, no solution. Feels like a scam. Avoid spending.

Lost all progress. couldn't upload to the new device despite having a log in name server, etc. I was playing it for over 3 years and had many issues. I had to restart the whole game twice. It's not loading at all. it should be updated or taken out of the app store period
