● Overview of usage

It is broadly divided into three items: "Transaction Price," "Map," and "Settings."

You can view transaction information for each prefecture obtained from "Land Comprehensive Information".
You can sort by various information such as transaction price, floor plan, floor area, etc.
Once the data is acquired, it is cached for 3 months, so the operation is smooth and comfortable.
You can add a pin to the real estate you like on this screen. The property can be viewed on the map screen below.

You can intuitively check the location of the real estate you researched on the land price information screen.
The map used here uses information from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan.
In addition, to match the map, data on areas expected to be inundated by floods, data expected to not be inundated by sand, data expected to be flooded by storm surge, and data on landslides are also included.
