According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's policy, the creation of a flight log is now mandatory for specific drone/UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) flights. This flight log must include detailed flight records, such as takeoff and landing times and locations, as well as flight purpose and method, along with daily inspection records and maintenance records.

Furthermore, the documents or data must be saved and carried with you. Use Drone Note to easily create the legally mandated flight log for unmanned aerial vehicles!

What is Drone Note?:
(Supervised by Boundary Administrative Scrivener Corporation) The creation of flight logs was legalized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in December 2022. "Drone Note" significantly reduces the effort required for flight logs (flight records, daily inspections, and maintenance records), including flight logs that require minute-by-minute recording, by allowing easy creation via the app while adhering to detailed operating procedures. It automatically acquires location information and addresses to create flight logs.

Flight records, daily inspection records, and maintenance records all conform to the formats specified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, making recording easy on your smartphone and available for free. It supports comfortable drone flights.

Two plans are available:
• Light Plan (ads and flight time limits, free)
• Premium Plan (30-day free trial, then ¥600/month or ¥6,000/year)

【Features common to all plans】
• Supports registration, viewing, and PDF output of flight records, daily inspections, and maintenance records. Downloaded PDFs can be printed using your device's functions.

• Automatically acquires takeoff and landing locations from your device's location information.

• No data registration limits in any plan. There are no flight time limits or restrictions on the number of registered aircraft or pilots.

* Data can be shared between devices by registering an email address.

* Automatic data backup is available by registering an email address.

* Email address input is not required at the start of use. Please remember to register if you wish to use data sharing or automatic backup.

* Shortcuts to various registrations are provided on the HOME screen, allowing you to access recently registered data without navigating to other screens.

* To reduce input effort, pilots and UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) can be pre-registered, and when creating a flight log, you only need to select them.

* You can duplicate past log contents, so you don't need to input everything from scratch every time. (The date and time are automatically set to the date at the time of creation.)

* For daily inspections, in addition to standard inspection items according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's handling procedures, you can also pre-set arbitrary inspection items according to manufacturer procedures such as those for DJI products.

* Images can be attached to flight records, daily inspections, and maintenance records. Please use this when you want to quickly recall past flight logs or when investigating the cause of malfunctions.
