About this app
GMPL 360 is the official field-operations app for Global Marks Pvt Ltd. It is used by our own employees during their working shift and is not a general-purpose app — you need an account created by your company administrator to sign in.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Mark attendance — check in when you reach your assigned store and check out at the end of your shift. Your location is confirmed at the store so attendance is recorded correctly.
- Record daily sales — enter the day's sales against the SKUs your store carries, attach a photo, and send it for approval.
- Report stock — record opening stock, closing stock and shelf availability so head office can see what is on the shelf today.
- Apply for leave — send a leave or resignation request and follow its status without calling anyone.
- Submit your monthly salary form — fill it in, attach the required photographs, and track it through review.
- Get alerts — you are told as soon as a sales entry is approved or rejected, a leave request is answered, or a backdate window is opened for you.

- See your team's attendance and performance for the day and the month.
- Review and approve sales entries, leave requests and salary forms.
- Open detailed reports by store, by SKU and by date range.
BUILT FOR THE FIELD
- Works offline. Entries and photos are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal comes back, so a day's work is never lost.
- Light on data and battery, and built to run on entry-level Android phones.
PERMISSIONS
Location is used to confirm you are at your assigned store during your shift and, while you are signed in and on shift, to keep the store visit recorded. The app explains this on screen before asking for the permission, and tracking stops when you sign out.
Camera is used only when you choose to take a photo for a sale, a stock report or your profile.
Notifications are used to tell you about approvals and reminders related to your own work.
