just opens as a blank screen. Tried deleting and reinstalling, makes no difference. Useless app

The auth forgets the password config pretty much every time I want to use the app. Also, It's pretty slow (I've got a fast connection, and my phone is not slow, it's not my fault). Lastly, Naturgy has a pretty lenient policy of the downtime allowed for their servers. I use the app once every 2 weeks or so, and around 30% of those times, the servers are offline or something, 'cause it doesn't let me log in.

I just came on board this company and my experience with this app already scares me. I hope that the company is not problematic like this inefficient app. A glitch (error message) has kept me out of my account for a week and even customer service isn't helping... The world is globalising but your app can't interface in multiple languages... I pray I haven't made a mistake migrating to naturgy.
