Q: How do I lock the screen while watching a video?
1️⃣ Press the big blue button on the main app screen to make the small floating unlocked padlock icon appear.
2️⃣ Open your video and press play.
3️⃣ While your video is playing, tap once on the small floating padlock. The padlock will change from unlocked to locked, and your screen will be secured!
Q: How do I unlock the screen?
1️⃣ While the screen is locked, simply double-tap quickly on the small locked padlock icon.
2️⃣ If you have enabled biometric authentication, you will be prompted to enter the credentials you have configured on your Android device. If disabled, the double-tap alone will unlock the screen.
Q: Why can't the hardware Power Button be disabled?
This is a strict security limitation set by the Android Operating System. Android reserves the power button for emergency situations, device reboots, and turning the screen on/off. For your safety, no third-party app is allowed to block or disable the physical power button.
