Absolutely frustrating experience using this app. Topped up the app's wallet three times using three different ways but it never showed up in the app. Therefore can't charge my car at all. Tried calling the customer service but nobody picked up. Texted the customer service through WhatsApp and received an automated response saying they're only working on weekdays during office hours. So if someone is stranded at the charger and needs help at 8pm - how? Terrible. Avoid this app at all cost.

maybe its just me. it is so confusing compared to the other apps. we should have an option to charge directly to our card instead of needed to top up the wallet. also, asking a question for how long... why?

Stupid app. We already in 2026. You should allow any value to topup and set any duration to charge. Please improve.
