The app itself works fine, but it's the only charging app I've ever needed to load money into. And that money is only for use within this app. And I only use it in 1 location.

Suck app. Need to reload only can use. Unable to direct use credit card payment. Our extra money have to park inside their account.

None of the 4 chargers worked but I had already paid the minimum of £20 I tried again the next day and the second charger seemed to be working. However the app said it was charging so it cost me money but the car didn't receive any of the charge. Support weren't interested and said my car must have charged. Useless.
