NOT WORKING? NOT SCANNING?
This is the most common challenge people experience, and here is the solution:
When scanning and the on screen instruction states "move phone close to image then move back" this means, "move phone VERY close to the image" (sometimes unreasonably close - and it's ok if it goes out of focus/gets blurry) then, when the image has been recognized, then you can "move back" to see the maxogram in full view and move it around freely.
