Just bought a policy with GoAuto INS. At first, everything went well, until I received my bill. GoAuto is charging me a full month for only 19 days of coverage, so I did what any reasonable person would and tried to call to find a solution to this problem... Well I've been on hold for 36 minutes, after having to use a "call tree" to get to the right place. I'm still on hold as I write this review!! During this time I've tried to login to the App, with no luck so far. STAY AWAY!!!!

The app sucks, you save a payment it doesn't let you use the save payment. It will tell you something is missing or invalid. Then it randomly logs you out of the app then you can't get in. No matter if you reset your password it will still say unable to verify on the app or you need to check your credentials when using the website. The chat feature doesn't work on either the app or website so you have to wait until working hours to sit and wait for a representative.

Horrible app always says sorry can't process your request just loading along with the web site doesn't work either and can't even pay over the phone if it's after hours or weekends sad pathetic fix the app makes no since for it to always be down nor not working properly damn.Ok update as of 7/2/2025 I don't think they care to address the issues with the web site nor the app that continues to crash not work period this I so pathetic and unprofessional just straight sad.
