Gobi-Agent: The application dedicated to agents for simplified management
Gobi-Agent is an application designed for agents, offering three main services to facilitate their daily operations.

1. Operations with telephone networks
Gobi-Agent allows agents to easily carry out all the operations offered by the telephone networks available in their country of residence. The app automatically generates specific USSD codes, which the agent can execute directly through the default phone app and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

- Monitoring of cash inflows and outflows
- Access to transaction history over defined periods
- Export of transaction history in Excel format

2. Inter-agent transfers (Deposit / Withdrawal)
This service is based on an electronic wallet allowing the agent to carry out four types of operations:

- Recharge your account
- Transfer money to another agent
- Send funds on any platform at the request of a customer
- Make withdrawals

- Access to transaction history over specific periods
- Export of transactions to Excel format

3. Request management
The agent can receive deposit requests on specific numbers, sent via notifications. He has the possibility to accept or refuse these requests. Once accepted, they are processed in the same way as the operations of the first service.

Integrated messaging
With GOBI AGENT, the agent can consult their messages directly in the application, without going through the default SMS application.
