Love this. We use it for all sorts of forms, and it has really streamlined some processes. Everything about it is quick and easy. From form creation to deployment to use and submission, everything is well thought out and simple. There are certainly a few limitations (grids for loop screens could be better), but they are easily worth the price of admission and understandable with how the platform takes something complex and turns it into something no code across multiple platforms. Even the customer service has been amazing. I opened a support ticket and got a response within 45 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Our implementation specialist when we first got on board and account rep have been phenomenal to work with. GoCanvas is easily not just one of, but the best software vendors I've ever worked with. I can't recommend them enough.

PDF file error after submission, does not show certain pictures, and category answers. Also, the app has problems with uploading pictures before submitting. It needs to be re-upload again. FYI Scanning barcode tool is difficult to use. It lags, and it gets blurry half the time. I don't think the sensitivity is right. I'm doing a lot of digital documents, and it's slowing me down.

I am a technician for a service company and use this every day for the last 3 years for field service reports. It is very easy to use once the template is set up (seems easier to do on PC). I can fill out, save and go back, discard, submit or hold off submitting and edit later, edit event after submission. We are a company with 15+ technicians using this app and it is great!
