This is an awful app. Everyone who rides with you has to get it to get the HOV discount. This requires a separate email, separate phone, they have to put in all of the vehicle information. It is complicated to download and set -up. It's glitchy when different people who ride with you try to put in the same vehicle information as you do. They don't explain how to put in the toll tag information. I HATE THIS APP! I think I would prefer to sit in traffic as opposed to deal with this thing.

I'll add to the negative reviews ... when and if it works it's fine, but I have to go thru my transaction history EVERY time to verify the discount has been received then when its not you have to email them, wait for them to respond then blah blah blah what a hassle. I bet most users never check to see if the discount was ever received since it takes hours to days for transactions to post .. what a joke

Awful. Very complicated and cumbersome to set up and use. Setup is lengthy requiring toll tag, account, license numbers and other information. This app must be installed and set up for at least two people in the same vehicle to get the HOV discount. Traveling with children, the elderly, or passenger w/out the app = NO DISCOUNT. Rarely works when it is set up correctly. App requires location data & physical activity to always be enabled causing additional battery drain. Pop ups block buttons.
