Ratings and reviews

The app isn't working properly. Will not let you check out no matter the form of payment selected (even cash). Just says network error. Phone numbers to your location aren't listed in the app either so I had to go to Google maps to find the number to place an order. A lot of work when an app is supposed to make it more convenient. *after looking again I see the phone numbers in a separate section, but it would have been much easier if it was listed on the check out page in the location info.

This app has no place for deals. When I use Pizza Hut or Domino's there is a very clear place for great deals like BOGO or family meals, etc. There was nothing like this on the app, and it wouldn't take any promo codes that I got straight from the Godfather's website. However, when I walked in to pick up my order, there was a viewscreen with several deals that would have given me more food for a better price. I feel like I was penalized for using the app.

It isn't consistent. The rewards don't work in my area. It can't take my preorder payment. My store doesn't accept the companies coupons. What's the point of an app that you can't use for the store of the same name? The layout is fine. The ordering process is fine otherwise. Tgis is the best pizza chain I have had and would like to have these issues resolved.
