not very well done. super annoying when trying to place an order. always tells you to sign in when already signed in. when checking out it will always tell you you're missing a required field but never show you what's missing, you have to hit a drop down and enter your email, it's never open so if you don't know that, the app is impossible to use

This app has no place for deals. When I use Pizza Hut or Domino's there is a very clear place for great deals like BOGO or family meals, etc. There was nothing like this on the app, and it wouldn't take any promo codes that I got straight from the Godfather's website. However, when I walked in to pick up my order, there was a viewscreen with several deals that would have given me more food for a better price. I feel like I was penalized for using the app.

It isn't consistent. The rewards don't work in my area. It can't take my preorder payment. My store doesn't accept the companies coupons. What's the point of an app that you can't use for the store of the same name? The layout is fine. The ordering process is fine otherwise. Tgis is the best pizza chain I have had and would like to have these issues resolved.
