Forcing to download by breaking the login feature. Highly unethical and broken system. Update: Team, due to legal reasons i am unable to share my personal details with you. Kindly, review your login feature on web when you login and do policy renew. On app once you proceed to final pay button and go back and come back again without clicking. Its stuck looping. Needs thorough testing. Cheers !

Don't recommend to purchase this. I bought this insurance for my new car. Iits been more than 3 months I am trying to reach out to the team instead of helping they are just ignoring. If you want to waste your money then I surely recommend this else if you want service then you should go with other company

Purchased Ather 450x. When purchasing the vehicle and insurance the experience was fine. After 4 months of using my vehicle met with an accident and the vehicle was declared as total loss by Digit insurance. The notification of settelment by digit insurance came only after 2 months after my repeated requests. The IDV value was set at 1.62 lac so paid the premium. When claimed for insurance they were deducting almost half of the said IDV value. Still waiting for clarification. Terrible exp.
