With Digit Quick Scan, all you need to do is shoot a video/take images of your vehicle on your smartphone. Follow the instructions on this app & just upload the video/images you've taken. Once our team approves it, your policy will be on its way to you!

Typically, customers that wanted to buy motor insurance, would wait for a surveyor to visit them & inspect their vehicle. This process had to be completed for their policy to be activated. Wasted 30-40 min worth of petrol, time and energy while looking dumb at the society gate. My car is in perfect condition. It was a simple renewal. First of all UI is pathetic, Frame isn't clear. takes 15 second to just take a shot. and after all that, rejected - rason var is not in acceptable condition. and Chassis no isn't there when it's literally where the video started. no further communication.

UI might have been user friendly. If your phone font setting is at higher level, you can't really use this app.

Tried to upload video, very time consuming but it got rejected first. For another attempt, worst resolution the content at the top of the video was being trimmed with a pop up to capture chasis number although it was not in the demo.I tried to still capture the chasis number but the app was not taking that and the popup Remain. I tried to connect with customer service also for this and they gave me more than 6 links to capture video because they themselves cannot fix this issue in the app.
