It shouldn't take half an hour just to browse through documents or make payments. Buttons refuse to work. Pages take several minutes (in some cases tens of minutes) to load. The payments page keeps looping over and over. Viewing documents is a coin toss - you'd be lucky if you can get it to view the first time you select it. This app needs tons of work. Spare yourself from the agony of using it.

It has been a great experience with the app as well as the team so far. The app works as a one place stop for all documents and information. Makes lives way easier. All my contacts with the team has also been very pleasant. Had some issues with payment but the team(Neha and Mohammed) made sure that they work with me through the issue and get it resolved for me.
