I have been a Forward member for a while and really enjoy the service. With the release of CarePod, I have moved to that service. Many of the apps don't open, or they crash, and the app just closes. It also isn't clear how often I would be getting notifications or reminders to help me reach my goals.

The app is intuitive and quite user friendly. It offers direct access to my care team and important information thus allowing us to effectively track my health performance. However, it is a bit glitchy. Specifically the BP measure often times does not update or display the most recent recordings and at times I am unable to even launch the BP monitoring. On too many occasions I've had to enter prior recording again because they weren't visible to me.

Dr's are knowledgeable, caring, supportiveand encouraging. Dr's are accessible 24/7. Appointments are easy to set up in a timely manner. No sitting around in a waiting room. Test results are speedy. I highly recommend. For the past month or so, message screen freezes and/or the keyboard will disappear. This happens when the message is long or if I attempt to erase something previously written. (Eg. I decide a better way to explain). I thought it was just my phone,but comments say different.
