When my item eventually arrived, it looked like something bought from Poundland!
Been 3months since order was placed Placed my order over 3months ago this has still not arrived tried contacting haven't bothered to contact me back avoid at all costs now having to go through PayPal scam SCAM
Gogroopie So disappointed in gogroopie tried to contact but know luck, it OK, they've taken my money but has never received any good.

Shit Ordered a product on 23rd November have emailed twice keep sending email with attachment can't open email them back and then get message saying email can't be delivered.money gone out of my account as well only £12 but it is a Xmas present
Still waiting afer 3 months I bougth a hose for summer but looks like will be for next summer! I wrote to customer services 3 times and they answered that I would get a response from retail in 7 days.. now has been more than 25 days and nothing .. i just want my hose

Warning if you have a problem with the goods its very difficult to get money back. I am still waiting since May for a refund or replacement of a hose! They have given me my money back today after numerous emails. The trust has gone.

no connection everytime I try to log in it tell me I can't due to bad Internet connection even when I have full WiFi or 4g network. I wanted to purchase several items for the Christmas period but looks like I can't. your missing out on alot of business my friends say the same thing.
Used to love it.... I used to love this app, but the last few days it just says Loading... then tells me I have no Internet connection. Tried both wifi and data, all my other apps work so just sadly uninstalling it :-(

Stil waitin on items i had purchased in November & December, I have emailed both go groupie & the site's the vouchers r for with no reply, I have stupidly since bought other vouchers which have no site to purchase ur item or they try add additional charges to your voucher!!! Not happy!
Wont let me log in. Says my internet wont connect.... my internet it perfectly fine. Then it says my email is not registered .... so I try an register... only for it to say my email is registered an I need to log in.... try an log in.... wont let me. Evan the app is confused as to what its ment to be doing. Cannot buy anything as wont let me log in. Now im not sure I would buy from here if it fails a simple task of logging in whats it going to do with my order?!
Absolutely shocking, stay away Waited over 2 months for an order with several attempts at chasing, finally requested it to be cancelled and was promised a refund by customer services, low and behold it's now a further month on and still no refund! Would never use them again and recommend others don't either

Connection error It was good app when I first download it. I haven't used it for a while and now it won't work. Keep saying about failed internet connection. My internet is fine, this app is broken.

Could be better! I love the app but hate the way it's layed out, I hate all that writing over the pictures, it's just too much. Also, I don't seem to find anything with free postage, so stuff that starts off as a bargain ends up costing loads more.

Crashes Since the update it won't go past the front page "internet connection error" there is nothing wrong with either my broadband or Mob internet (I have tried this app with both and get same error mess) before the update this app would have got a 4 star review!

Worst group ever I have dealt with this lot twice and twice I have had problems first one item never arrived after so many emails no response paypal got involved they never replied to them either second time I have been sent wrong item contact the company that sold it nothing I looked ip where they are located it turns out it is Malta so if I want yo send it back it will cost me to much to send it so im stuck with something I can not use thanks alot gogroupie never again

Mrs olaide Ademiluyi & Eniola Awe Unreliable and full of lies company that they refused to return your money back into your account after cansuled the order even the ones I paid for are fakes it's two months now I have not received any things I paid for and the ones I revived are fakes, I just filled like taken them to court or writing pectition against them.
