Out of all the e-hailing out there, this is by far the worst. I've tried to pre-book a ride many times and every time the driver failed to fulfil despite already accepted the pre-book ride. Such a useless e-hailing app!

Don't download or reload the app, you won't be able to look for a driver especially when it's peak hour. I managed to order a driver once,and when I get in the car,the driver confirmed me with a different destination. Ended up another girl booked the car and somehow system gone wrong and I got the same car. Btw,I checked the car plate,and it was the correct driver. If you want to compete with G company,it's not even close.

Many times couldn't get a driver especially during peak hour eventho it showed car icons before you start to click book. On top of that, you CANNOT get a refund for the money you transferred to the e-wallet (tho they have topup many methods which seems like they just want your money but unwilling to take accountability when their service is less than good/basic). Y'know what's an app that is more USELESS than the apps you didn't even use? An app that gives you trouble & take your money, GOJO.
