You think it couldn't get any worse and then boom! It gets worse. Why would upgrading to the latest version mean I can no longer sign in? You ask for my phone number, I give it, and your constant error message is "Sign in failed. Kindly put in the correct number." What in the poor User Experience is this? Time and time again. Now I have to call customer care for this?! Please just get at least the basics right!

the app is friendly, though the crashing and no access at some time , one can't also access it when they switch to a new phone or after resetting the same phone. check on this.

The app says "sign in failed kindly put the correct number" when I press sign in. Mind you this is the same number I use for my helb account and the format is correct. Kindly fix this bug or provide another option to sign in
