The app is very helpful and puts out personal data secure by allowing unlimited changing of password. This is very cyber security I may say. Thanks so much for being student-friendly number one app and for your services. But sometimes the app hang or takes alot of time to load and updating it's content.

App needs a feedback form especially because helb phone numbers never work, email is never responded to. Also app has bugs when you open something then press back it keeps looping. Pressing back twice in quick succession should ideally just close the app (standard feature), but it doesn't. :-(

The app keeps stopping. My institution details are not displaying and when I want to update, it says email not sent try again later. It's been doing this since I downloaded it. I'm having a bad experience.
