The HELB loan app provides a convenient way to manage my student loans. I appreciate being able to check my loan balance, make payments, and access loan statements right from my phone. The interface is relatively straightforward, making it easy to navigate. However, there are occasional glitches and bugs that need to be addressed. It's easy to navigate the app with little to no disruptions. The app has no disturbing/annoying ads, it also takes up so little space despite regular updating. On the underside, the app temporarily glitches and self exits bringing you back to step one,, login but only rarely and temporarily. Otherwise the app works wonderfully. It's a must have app

All was going well with my application until I lost my internet connection. It keeps telling me that my institution details are missing. Your customer service is terrible since emails haven't been replied to and it's already been 3days since I sent one. No agent is ever available to assist when calling even after waiting for over 10min. Deleted the app. Very inconvenient. Sigh. But you have never responded to my E-Mails...it has been well over two weeks since I enquired on the same
