First of all, Dont know why YCombinatir funds it. Very Basic User Interphase and Experience. Very Basic App features. Platforms like Kast, Redotpay, Nsave have amazing apps experience. Then there fees are too much. They charge alot for small small transactions. Like simply if you convert 1 usdt to 1usc they will give you 0.88 or .90 $. They are charging too much just on the name of service. Dont use the app. They are not serious about quality experience. Even there transactions not shows.

horrible customer support on top of the fact that app is not angry well with persona I've identified myself persona a dozen times in the past I have a dedicated persona identification already logged with my identity and still I'm stuck on manual verification the customer support is nothing but regional script

i haven't used the app much but I think it responds slowly because I couldn't sing in until after about 5 or 6 attempts which shouldn't be so
