Gokiebox is the official app for Gokiebox customers: the same information you have in your app.gokiebox.com dashboard, now on your phone with instant notifications.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See at a glance what needs your attention: overdue or upcoming payment orders, suspended services, domains to renew, and support responses.

• Services: hosting, corporate email, software (WaykuSoft, FakturaYa, TampuSoft, TiendaYa, CrediBox, Agent), licenses, and more. Open cPanel and Webmail with a tap, check disk and bandwidth usage, change your plan, or add storage.

• Domains: automatic renewal, transfer blocking, WHOIS privacy, nameservers, EPP code, and renewal for one or more years.

• Payments: pay your orders with Yape, bank transfer (BCP, Interbank, BBVA), or credit/debit card. Upload your voucher from the app or send it via WhatsApp and download the order as a PDF. • Quotes: Review, accept, or reject the proposals we prepare for you.

• Support: Open tickets with attachments, reply via chat, and receive a notification when the team responds.

• Contracts and PDF documents, billing information, and contacts.

• Push notifications for payments, services, domains, and support.

WHO IS IT FOR? For Gokiebox customers in Peru and Latin America who want to manage their services without accessing the website. You need a customer account (the same one you use for the dashboard).
