This is absolutely infuriating. When looking for help with the device connection your product manual directs you to a site page that has you download the same god damn PDF that directed you to the page. The reset function does nothing as there no wait to remove the device on the app so I can re-pair it. The touch buttons only work for 5-10 seconds then I can't control the device and have ti power it off and back on. This is the most infuriating product I've ever owned. I'd rather have a fire.

I've changed my mind about this; not a fan anymore, and it seems borderline dangerous. I had an automation/scene set up to power a heater on and off, but disabled it over summer. The automation somehow enabled itself, but without logs and no notifications so I have no idea when. And then today, the heater is apparently not responding to commands, and the app just does nothing. I mean, it could at least show an error, or indicator if a command is pending. Learned my lesson, heater is unplugged.

For use with 84cm tower fan - no problem connecting to wi-fi (yes, location permissions have to be enabled to detect the device). Connected to Google and Alexa just like any other device and the simple commands work perfectly. You do get the 'Bluetooth enabled error' every time you start the app if you've disabled permissions, but I'm guessing Goldair want it on by default for ease off use when detecting new devices.
