Can't log on. App LOST my deposit This is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. It is to the point where I regret signing up for this Union. I deposited a check through the app and it was never deposited! I find out months later after no email, letter, app notification or text!? What's the point? I get slammed with fees because the check that the app told me was successfully deposited never went through. FROM A MILLENIAL. AVOID. AVOID AVOID.

The app is not working on the galaxy s22+ and ultra Android phones. It gets stuck on the main page or not work at all super inconvenient. I have to call the bank to get my account balance when everything should be at my finger tips... please bring back the old app without bugs or fix and update this one.

This has to be the most infuriating and useless bank with an app I have ever come across. How many times per day does this damned thing crash? I was trying to do an emergency funds transfer to my literal dying family member and the stupid thing wouldnt work. The website didn't even work. It's been three days and what a surprise, it's down again. Whoever your programmer is needs to be fired immediately. I am about to switch to an actual bank that functions, and stop my investment returns and pay
