Ever since the change to the new Golden 1 online banking platform, I have had nothing but issues. Not only was it frustrating to re-register my account onto their new platform, it doesn't even work half the time. I have experienced issues from incorrect time stamps, inability to use biometrics, app crashes as soon as you try and log in, slow loading speeds, and that is just thinking off the top of my head. Golden 1 Credit Union, all I have to say is hire a new software engineer...

takes multiple days for transfer from checking to CC to pay off even when the money is all in the same account. it doesnt show you have the pending payment anymore which is terrible! thought the money went some other place! the old app was better. transactions were faster to pay off credit cards and showed where the money was exactly! also I hate the pop ups in the app for every.single.freaking. transaction.... I just want to view my accounts!

EDIT: coming back to bring my score down from 3 to 1. The app, and Golden 1's online member experience in general, has turned into a technical nightmare. I'm locked out of my account because I need a code to login, but they won't send me the code.... unless I log in to my account??? Literally a brain dead design flaw. Original review: works well...until it doesn't. For being such a simple app, it crashes often enough to be a nuisance.
