The best it can do is show my account balance. When depositing checks, constantly telling me to try again, if issue persist, to go to a local branch. Few times it doesn't give me thar error, it tells me the amount I typed doesn't match what it recognized. It will turn on the flash if it recognize too dark. But if it's too bright, it won't turn off the flash. Managing cards is a redirect to a lowly rated app. If I could, I would never touch this app.

UPDATE: 2/28/23 Latest update can't effect a transfer between accounts without shutting down. It's discouraging to rely on an institution with few convenient locations outside major areas that is also unreliable when banking by remote. Please test these app updates more thoroughly before rolling them out. Without them, some of us are stuck without a way to bank.

Badly executed necessity. The app itself looks fine and it's easy to navigate, BUT, the mobile deposit feature is awful. I make sure my camera lens is clean and follow the on-screen prompts verbatim, yet I have to restart the process anywhere from 5-10 times before I stop getting the "Could not process your deposit" error and it goes through. Some don't seem to have an issue with it, but it's been plaguing me for months. Please fix it. Maybe toss in a switchable account lock or something too.
