awful app. no ability to keep multiple accounts logged in at once. logging in with my secondary account takes me to my primary account for some reason. half the time my login fails and it forces me to reset my password after THE FIRST ATTEMPT, then keeps failing thereafter. loading takes forever, making the entire process even more frustrating. this app is the reason why I'm searching for a different bank/cu to go to. if I can't access my money easily when I want to, what's the point??

Just Okay. After several years and several phones, I am still unable to modify anything related to online bill pay. I have spoken to several representatives who could not fix this issue. This requires me to log off and log on to a desktop version on my mobile browser. Thankfully I at least have that option since I'm always on the go. It would be nice to have it in a one stop shop app. Otherwise, it works great. Oh, and you can't see next days pending payments while viewing your checking account.

The app is great...when it works...which is almost never. My husband and I both consistently receive error messages that our information can't be validated or that the system is temporarily unavailable. Today, it no longer remembers my fingerprint. I went through the process of setting it up again and suddenly my information can't be validated. I logged out and logged back in and surprise! The system is temporarily unavailable.
