App struggles to get the basics even right. 1. I have to go through 3-5 "unexpected error" messages when I launch the app before I can log in 2. Credit Score always fails to display on the main screen (if it doesn't work, remove it. It makes your app look bad) 3. Clicking on Cards can take 30 seconds to 1 minute to load. Either let me cancel the action or make it load faster. 4. ATM finder redirects me to the website. It should be built onto the app.

Periodically, this app goes under updates and repair. That's annoying enough. Then, it randomly shuts off thumbprint verification. "For your protection." There's enough protection in the sign-in process for you not to randomly shut off my thumbprint recognition. Get rid of the feature. It's annoying. I needed to know what was in my account at a moment's notice today. Thanks to your thumbprint verification protection, I lost out on an opportunity.

Eveything works for the most part, but zelle has never worked for me and it had been a pretty big inconvenience for emergencies, honestly. And zelle doesnt let me use the app at all since "its available right here in the golden one app" except it doesnt work.(Current star rating until this is fixed)I'm definitely pleased with the app. Makes almost every aspect of being in control easier. Transferring, pausing, management, everything in the app.
