Just Okay. After several years and several phones, I am still unable to modify anything related to online bill pay. I have spoken to several representatives who could not fix this issue. This requires me to log off and log on to a desktop version on my mobile browser. Thankfully I at least have that option since I'm always on the go. It would be nice to have it in a one stop shop app. Otherwise, it works great. Oh, and you can't see next days pending payments while viewing your checking account.

The app is great...when it works...which is almost never. My husband and I both consistently receive error messages that our information can't be validated or that the system is temporarily unavailable. Today, it no longer remembers my fingerprint. I went through the process of setting it up again and suddenly my information can't be validated. I logged out and logged back in and surprise! The system is temporarily unavailable.

Wow. How is it that the improvement made it worse? The App no longer displays the credit limit on your Golden 1 Credit Card (and it doesn't even do that on the Golden 1 Card Control App either) Also, it keeps showing that you owe the minimum payment on your CC even though you have paid it several times now because you don't want to have a late payment, because the system still shows that you owe a payment. Get your act together Golden 1, you are better than this. Please fix these bugs.
