There are most times that the app works normally. and then, there are some times in which the app doesn't usually function as is, due to one or two reasons. One time, I have an issue that incorrects my password, even though I have been successfully typed it four times already. I have to changd the password, just to fix it. Another issue is the so-called "debug mode", in which it says to turn it off, even though it IS off. Thanks to this, I can't check my bank account.

Can't even do a simple internal transfer. Everything is up to date both app and phone, Information is entered correctly, tried to uninstall and reinstall, and nothing. UPDATE: Still no response from email and telephone "helper" said "sorry to here that just use the desktop online version". No I shouldn't have to if there's an app for it which is not functioning properly. Never had this frustrating issue on my IOS iPhone. Update 7/6/24: Sometimes I can do a transfer but only once and that's it.

Crashes upon startup. Cannot even load to the login screen. Cannot mobile deposit anymore, which is very inconvenient. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times over the past two months but still have problems just loading the app. Was useful and user friendly when it worked. Edit: The app has been fixed and I can login and mobile deposit better than before! Thank you, Golden 1.
